Shenandoah University Online Reservations

Welcome to the Shenandoah University online request system, where you can browse events, facilities, and available space. Please make the appropriate selection under the "Reservations" tab when requesting space.  After you have secured your event space for an on-campus lecture, performance, special event, etc., please send event details to eventscalendar@su.edu as soon as possible.  Please allow at least 48 hours for the event to be added to www.su.edu/events, which provides content for SUN-e, the SU app, etc.  All summer program requests, room reservations, camps, and conferences taking place between the day after commencement and August 15th are to be made online or by emailing summerprograms@su.edu.
